HKBK College of Engineering was established in 1997 by Sri C M Ibrahim, with a mission to provide the best possible education experience through excellence in teaching and research activities. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and recognized by Government of Karnataka.

Placement

The placement and recruitment process of HKBKCE is comes under the umbrella of HR Department. The Department emphasis on the overall development of learners and provides them right opportunity. The department is accountable for inviting top leading companies & conducting placement related activities from inviting MNCs and blue chip companies to organizing interview facilities, etc., College trained their students through mock tests and counselling sessions before facing the final interview. The Training & Placement Cell is well developed with contemporary infrastructure to support each and every stage of the placement processes in the campus. The pre-placement talk rooms, group discussion rooms are fully fit out with LCD projectors, PCs and audio-video facilities.

HKBK College of Engineering, Bangalore is well equipped with all the types of facilities that a world class engineering college should have for the students to get admission.

Classroom

College has more than 40 air conditioned spacious classrooms, which are equipped with amenities like projector & audio-video. Every classrooms of the college has a green board or a black board with computer white board & a podium and a noticed board is also provided in every classroom.

Laboratory

All the labs of the college are well equipped with latest apparatus. The labs of the college assist learner and faculty in their research and projects. Currently college total 52 labs such as Communication lab & Adv. Com lab,LD / HDL lab, Microprocessor lab, Microcontroller & Microprocessor lab, Project lab, DSP Lab, VLSILab, PE Lab, Analog lab,ECLD / MP lab,SP / IP lab, DS / OOPS lab, Algo / DBMS lab,OS / CN Lab,Project lab etc.

Library

College has well equipped Library and information Centre (LIC), which well kit out with latest amenities. The library and information centre of the college is spreaded in an area of 7,510 sq ft. It was a blend

The college seemed to be surrounded by a very good environment. Some of the professors are really helpful and knowledgeable, there is a small ground for sports. The placements offered by the college are average .

College, exams and facilities

This is not a good college. It has no good facilities at all. The teachers themselves do not know what they teach. The campus is too small. It's not a college but a school.

I had and amazing experience!!

My college is very good. It starts a little early compared to other Colleges. Syllabus is completed way before the VTU deadline. My college conducts preparatory exams/ mock exams before the externals which helps us a lot. It's near manyata tech Park , the area has lot of good places to hangout. Also, elements mall is nearby.

Well equipped and a college of standard

The teachers help students in the way they help students at a school. The teaching staff here is good. Attendance is very important here. If the attendance is low then the HOD meets the students' parents. The staff here is highly qualified and tries to bring out their talents. The college fest is the only unsatisfactory thing here.
