Placement
Hindustan University provides an environment that fosters not only the intellectual but also the overall personality development to its students. Personality Development Workshops are organized in the University for all enrolled students with a view to equip them with the necessary soft skills required to beat the stringent selection process and emerge successfully in today's competitive world. The students are exposed to intensive training for acquiring Communication, Motivation and Leadership Skills. They gain essential inputs in goal setting and team building. They also undergo Case Study Analysis, Extempore, Group Discussion and Personal Interview Session. More than nine hundred students of pre-final and final year undergraduate and postgraduate programs are benefited from these workshops every year. The University considers training and placement as its key duties to every student who enrolls with the University.
The Placement Office of the University provides equal opportunity to all enrolled students to :
- Attend campus interviews conducted for leading companies from India and Abroad
- Do In-Plant Training
- Prepare the students to excel in Aptitude Test, Case Analysis, Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.
Infrastructures
The University’s infrastructure is well furnished with all modern facilities including well equipped labs, separate hostels for both boys and girls, well stocked library, fully furnished classrooms. Also Co-curricular activities like clubs, yoga & meditation, sports & games are encouraged to create a healthy mind and a youthful soul. Canteen & dining that is nutritious yet well-balanced in diet is also provided. It provides apt environment for Industry interaction, pursuit of Corporate Relations and also Projects and Placement activities.
Classroom
There are six seminar halls which are fully air-conditioned and well equipped for seminars and presentations.
Andromed Lecture Hall
It is situated in the Jubilee Block. This is an ultra-modern air-conditioned lecture theatre with a seating capacity for 650 members. It is the venue for various International, National Seminars , Conferences, Workshops, TEDx events, International and National competitions such as Quiz, Debates, Young Scientist Award Even
Laboratory
The University has well-equipped computer lab with broadband Internet connectivity and a host of other required software. There are more than 100 modern computers in the labs that facilitate in learning IT and also undertake research and data processing.
Library
The centrally airconditioned, Central Library located in the Founder's Block in the University campus is one of the best-equipped libraries on engineering subjects. The total carpet area of the Central Library is 65,000 sq, ft. spread over three floors.
