A dedicated placement team comprising of senior industry professionals works closely with CDC students,corporate recruiters,industry and the larger business community.

Apart from mentoring and providing career guidance to students,the team constantly engages with the industry to identify need gaps,changing skill sets and workplace expectations.The team undertakes special initiatives by way of organising lectures,corporate seminars and industry interactions to keep the students abreast of latest trends and emerging opportunities across sectors.

HCL CDC prepares students for their career and placement opportunity by providing support in terms of:

• Ensuring placement drive at centres
• Providing opportunity to participate in job fairs
• Conducting personality and skills development workshops
• Organising entrepreneurship development programs
• Organising training programs in association with the corporates
• Arranging special lectures by executives from corporates and institutions
• Arranging aptitude test for the students and organising group discussions and mock interviews
• Conducting value-added programs such as the personality development and communication skills workshops
• Conducting awareness programs for the students in the form of workshops, seminars and conferences in association with corporates
