The Training & Placement (T&P) cell of the college is always looking for creating jobs opportunity for its students by maintaining strong nexus with top notch firms of the nation, due to this 44 companies visited in GP campus for placement process and they selected 272 students from all programmes.

Government Polytechnic, Pune 28 acre campus, a main building, students hostels, classrooms for various faculties including Electronics & Computers, Library, Canteen, post office and other facilities and has the capacity to groom more than 300 students in various engineering fields every year.

Classroom

Government Polytechnic (GP) classrooms are fully air-conditioned and well equipped with all modern audio-visual instruments like projectors, whiteboards, Wi-Fi connectivity and Public Addressing Systems. The facilities make learning conducive for the students and give them practical knowledge about their programmes.

Government Polytechnic (GP) has world class labs facilities for the learners. Polytechnic has separate labs for every department. The labs of the GP assists learner in their research and projects. This Polytechnic has vary specious Library building with Fourty thousand Text and Reference books on various Subjects like Civil,Electrical,Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Computer & Information Technology.
