Government Polytechnic College, Khurai Established under "Open Door Policy" of Govt.of India as a Non-Govt.Polytechnic Khurai started functioning as an Institution of Technical Education for Three Diploma in Engineering Programmes, viz Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Later on it was taken over by the Govt. of M.P. It was the first  Polytechnic in the state of M.P. to be designated as community Polytechnic by Govt.of India. Its mission is to strive for excellence in delivery of technology based diploma education programs and become a role model in the field of technical education. The institute intends to have optimal utilization of resources aligned to meet the aspiration of stake holders.
