Private University Estd. 1952 NIRF #1 (Medical) 2024GNIT Girls Institute of Technology (GGIT), is one of the pioneering Institutions exclusively dedicated to girls in the field of higher Technical Education. It has been approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. At present the Institute runs B.Tech programmes. It has plans to introduce Master's and Doctorate's programmes in near future. One of the primary objectives of the institution is to produce highly creative professionals who can contribute not only to the Human Resource Development but also to the Nation Building Exercise. An all round personal growth of the student and acquisition of necessary technical and professional skills are the cardinal objectives of GNIT Girls Institute of Technology (GGIT).

Placement
In order to achieve the primary aim of most of the engineering graduates to find a suitable job in a reputed organization after the completion of their professional education, GGIT is planning to establish a Training & Placement Cell manned by a team of devoted and committed professionals headed by a senior faculty member for providing assistance and guidance to its students in getting employment in the corporate world. The Cell prepares the students to face the corporate world and its culture through personality development classes, mock interviews, role playing classes and audio-video tapes to improve their oral communication and presentation skills. Placement Cell will arrange the psychological aptitude test classes, which enable the students to cope-up with any adverse situation in their life.
Infrastructures
The GNIT Girls Institute of Technology (GGIT) complex is spread over 5 acres of land which houses Administrative Block, Teaching Departments, Lecture halls, Tutorial rooms, Laboratories, library, computer centre and other facilities GNIT group besides Girls Hostel and canteen. It has well maintained Football & Cricket grounds the Institute campus reflects a serene salubrious silvan environment, quite conducive to academic pursuits.
Laboratory
The Computer labs equipped with Latest Dual Core Computer System with 1 GB RAM, TFT Monitors with Multimedia and Internet ready PC's and the state of the art software. All the computer system are connected by LAN (Local Area Network & WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) and Internet connectivity is provide for the benefit of students as well as faculty members. Library
Library and information services play a crucial role in educational processes. The institute’s Central Library is well stocked with a collection of more than 12272 volumes on various topics running into 1663 titles that include text books, Foundation books, and books for supplementary reading. The Central Library is organized on Open Access System. It has a seating capacity of 150 Students Professionally well qualified library staff operates the Library.
