Today, GEMA is able to attract the who-is-who of Indian business and industry for campus recruitment. A good beginning has also been made with international placements. Placement facilitation at GEMA is a full-time, year-round activity carried out by a team of dedicated professionals. The objective is to provide a continuum of services – liaise with industry to understand the contemporary requirements, co-ordinate with the academic section to ensure that the necessary skills are imparted to students, arrange industry visits, invite business leaders and professionals to interact with students, and interface with alumni to identify emerging opportunities.
