Training & Placements are very vital pillars for the success of the any Institute and also for the students. That’s why we at Gian Jyoti push ourselves extra to get the best out of the Industry. Recession or no recession, we have been able to do it aptly for our students. We make sure that all students get placed as per their expertise & area of interest. The cycle starts with the summer training both for MBA & B.Tech. students. Companies start coming around March and the process continues till the month of May end every year. Companies from both i.e. Private & Public Sector participate in the process. Every student has to submit his/her summer training report to his/her guide and a summer training completion certificate to the Institute. We have a very systematic procedure to follow the students’ summer training activities. We keep in touch with the reporting managers of the students and take the proper feedback from them about our students. It really helps us to know the shortcomings as well as the strength points of students. This assists us to work on the weak areas of the students and to enhance their professional, managerial & entrepreneurial skills. The companies like Videocon Mobiles, LIC of India, makemytrip.com, Future Generali etc. have placed our students and our first batch of MBA (2010-12) got placed in the reputed organizations like these. Similarly for B.Tech students, we have given them a firsthand exposure to National Instruments Lab (NI Labview), Auto CAD, C++ & HTML as this helps the students to make their fundamentals strong and can give them the real exposure about their engineering terms. The big moment comes at the time of Final Placements when every student aspires to become a successful Engineer, Manager, Leader or Entrepreneur. And this is the time when he/she feels his/her dreams coming true.
