There has been a plethora of employment opportunities in such sectors as Insurance, IT, ITES etc. A placement cell has been formed under the aegis of Fakir Mohan (A) College to enhance the employability of the students.

Laboratory has 20 computers for use of students of one year certificate course in Business English and two year Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Library
The College Library has more than 77,280 no of books, 85 no of journals, a Reprography section, a Book Bank, a Reading Room and a Network Resource Centre for use by students and staff. It also provides Inter Library Borrowing facilities.It has a Central Library with 78,793 volumes of books and 37,655 titles. The library subscribes 110 journals(15 International) on different subjects including professional journals of different areas.
