Dyal Singh Evening College at Delhi started as an Evening College after taking over from the Punjab University (Camp) College which functioned in the evening hours. Dyal Singh Evening College has the distinction of being the first evening college of the University of Delhi. The College has the unique distinction of teaching most of the classical and modern languages such as Sanskrit, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Tamil.

The library has different categories of documents, viz., books, E-books (print, floppy, CD-ROM), magazines (print, CD-ROM), subject journals and current newspapers. The book collection is divided into lending collection and reference collection.

One of the best evening colleges of Delhi University

Dyal Singh Evening College is one of the best evening colleges of Delhi University. It is located in a reputed area with clean and safe surrounding. The infrastructure of the college is average. Easy access to public transport. Campus crowd is decent and sophisticated. Huge library. Clean classrooms. Playground for sports. Extracurricular activities takes place on a regular basis. Fest is organised every year with full enthusiasm. Placements are offered to all the deserving students. All the teaching and non-teaching staff are specialised. Faculties are helpful and knowledgeable.

College is good but have few courses.

REVIEWED MULTIPLE COLLEGES College is good not so bad . But some more course should be added . Library is good . Maximum facilities are good. Playground is also too good and big and well maintained. Staff is also friendly and highly qualified. Eco friendly environment is in college

Review of the college

College is extremely spacious. Surroundings are beautiful. The metro station is beside our college. The bus stop is nearby so there is no problem of conveyance. Further 2 new buildings are under construction in the campus. The college have become a morning college. Market behind the college is good enough to explore.

Dyal Singh College, the second largest campus amongst the top Delhi University colleges. It's been a great experience so far in the ECA societies of the college. A regular college is always better to get more of opportunities for a student to explore.
