Department of Thoracic & Cardio-Vascular Surgery, Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University : Fees, Admission Procedure 2025, Entrance Exam Accepted & Placements

Department's new building is under construction with State of Art cardiovascular services under one roof. It has three modular theatres with 20 bedded ICU for cardiac surgery & two catheterisation laboratories with 20 bedded ICU for cardiology. The department has 50 beds, 2 full fledged &, well equipped operation theatre with 6 bedded ICU with ventilators & monitors.

Library

The Central Library of the college was established in 1911 next to be Principal Office. Its present collection consist of 30358 Medical books, 30500 back volumes bound journals and CDs of 119 important medical books. The library is currently ( year 2008 ) subscribing to 89 print journals and 104 e-journal (WLL CORE journals) in addition to general non medical books reading section.
