The department has well-equipped specific laboratories for Electrical Machines, Controls and Instrumentation, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Basic Electrical Engineering, Network Devices and Electric Drives. The Machine Laboratory is equipped with modern electrical machines. A Computational Laboratory having many computers have been added to this department for carrying out Computer Aided research activities in this department.
