The Department of Business Administration came into existence in January, 1995 to impart quality education in a stimulating and innovative environment where students are empowered with knowledge and professional involvement while upholding the values, integrity, and tolerance of mutual respect. The Department is engaged in pursuing research, consultancy and training apart from imparting quality management education which includes a course in tourism also.

Placement
Tezpur University has an active Training and Placement Cell to facilitate Final Placements as Academic Placements, and other related activities. The cell provides the best of amenities for conducting the recruitment programs.
