The college is an upgraded wing of Balasore School of Engineering established in 1998 by the Balasore Technical Education Society with the approval of AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa to create technical manpower and enhance the standard of technical education in Orissa. The college not only imparts technical education but looks into the moral discipline of the students. The institution has all facilities to develop the student technically so that they would be able to compete in the global economy and find a better position.

The college has a spacious building meant for library. The library is well- stocked with all types of text books and reference books as prescribed by the university to serve the needs of our faculty and students. All students are given books on all subjects for the complete semester. A separate reading room is designed adjacent to the library so that the students utilize their spare time by referring to the journals, magazines, newspaper etc

Infrastructure of the Srinix college

Building is constructed after 2006 and it was still under construction. No AC in classroom, no playground, no hostel facility in college campus. 3 km from railway and bus stand, college is made in simple manner no any attractive design, No Wifi in the campus, canteen just for basic items like regular meal n pakoda ,samosa ,etc. No lift.
