The College of Legal Studies (CoLS) at UPES offers graduate and post graduate programs for professionals keen to pursue a legal career with a specialization in corporate and energy law in addition to regular legal studies. The program is designed to develop future legal professionals with the acumen to guide clients and corporates through the intricacies of regulatory framework, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other legalese.
