BITS Management College was established in July, 2004 with the aim to facilitate a multifaceted multidimensional growth of professional education and also for discovering, nurturing & guiding right talent for right areas. The Management programme of the college offers a unique opportunity to the students to develop a blend & creative intelligence, managerial skills, leadership, competencies & professionalism. Prime focus of the managerial department is on the production of effective & efficient managers, entrepreneurs and academicians. The Institute aims at promoting excellence in Management education with high quality of teaching and training.

Placement
BITS has a placement cell that provides guidance and assistance to the students for getting suitable employment in industry and institutions of their choice. The cell is actively in contact with renowned companies in order to seek industry feedback on current on going courses in the college. Their feedback is implemented in the academic curriculum so that students face less hurdles during their placement season. Placemnet cell keeps organizing in and off campus tests for students. It also conducts group-discussions and mock interviews for students and gives feedback on their performance. Candidates are provided practical inputs and simulations that facilitates an actual understanding about the dynamics of business environment.
Infrastructures
The college has Environment friendly campus.
Classroom
The college has spacious Class Rooms. All the Class Rooms are fully ventilated with Black Boards and Lecture stands and all rooms are well furnished with all modern equipments. Adequate furniture as per norms has been provided in the rooms. In addition to the Class Rooms, provision for one examination room has also been made.
Laboratory
The college has a well furnished computer lab. The computer lab has been designed to train the students about the use of latest technology of computers in teaching and learning. Adequate provision has been made for future expansion and development. Provision has been made for language learning through computer and magnetic device. Educational CDs, audio cassettes, a tape-recorder and micro-phones are provided in the lab for this purpose.
Library
The College has a big library. Apart from Text Books, encyclopedias, reference books and General Books on education are also kept in the Library. Library also subscribes journals on education, magazines and newspapers. Separate arrangement for their study has been made in the library.
