Zonal Youth Festival at Karnal Institute of Technology and Management

Department of Youth Cultural Affairs of Kurukshetra University had scheduled its annual youth fest for various constituent colleges. Karnal Institute of Technology and Management, Haryana conducted its zonal youth festival started from October 21-23, 2013.

Honourable mayor of KMC Mrs. RenuBala Gupta was invited as Chief Guest of the festival who inaugurated the fest by lighting the lamp. Participants from different colleges participated in various events like western vocal solo, Haryanvi vocal solo, mime, sanskrit drama, dance, Indian classical vocal solo, classical dance solo, Haryanvi skit, mimicry.

The festival was started by a Sarswati Vandana by the students of KITM.
Participating colleges are KITM (karnal), KITM (kurukshetra), RPIIT, Geeta Inst of tech. & mgt, Budha Group of Institutions, Dronacharya Institute of Technology & Management, Haryana Engineering College etc.

Karnal Institute of Technology and Management (KITM) is located at Kunjpura in Karnal (Haryana).KITM was established in the year 2008 under the aegis of Mahavir Shiksha Samiti. The institute is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Kurukshetra University.

The Institute has good rapport with other Organizations and sponsors their students of various courses for training to these reputed organizations. The Institute is committed to provide quality vocational and technical education to its students, so as to boost their morale and instil new confidence to prepare them to accept the challenges of life and put their best foot forward in the march to success for betterment of their lot.
