YMCA University of Science and Technology to conduct placement drive in October 2013

YMCA University of Science and Technology takes this opportunity to invite students from various institutes to a campus placement drive by TCS Ltd. for B. Tech (CS, EEE, ECE, IT), MCA and M. Tech students of 2014 batch. Placement will be conducted on October 9-11, 2013.

Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) is an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services, business solutions and consulting company having headquarters in Mumbai, Maharashtra. TCS operates in 44 countries and has 199 branches across the world. It is a subsidiary of the Tata Group. Its main function is to provide IT services. TCS is the largest Indian company by market capitalization and is the largest India-based IT services company by 2013 revenues.

• A minimum eligibility criterion is B. Tech with 75% (Minimum). Candidates should not have any backlogs.

• M. Tech/MCA candidates with 85% and minimum 75% in 10th and 12th can apply.

Selection process will be based on written test followed by PPT, online verbal test and online test and personal interview.

Important dates related to the placement:

The eligible candidates who have already registered in TCS portal, no need to register again. They just need to login with their CT Reference no and Password and apply for respective drive. Last date to apply for the drive was October 5, 2013.

Students are requested to carry ID proof, 2-3 passport sized photographs, all mark sheets and copy of their CV along with while coming for the interview.
