Eligible candidates who wish to take admission in the following programmes can apply before December 5, 2014.

• Two-Year Full-Time Masters Degree Programme in Business Management (MBA-BM)
• Two-Year Full-Time Masters Degree Programme in Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM)
• Two-Year Full-Time Masters Degree Programme in Rural Management (MBA-RM)
• Two-Year Full-Time Masters Degree Programme in Global Management and Leadership (MBA-Global)
• Two-Year Full-Time Master’s Degree Programme in Sustainability Management (MBA-SM)

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 55% marks in aggregate, from a recognised university.
• Candidates who expect to complete their final year examinations and other requirements for obtaining their Bachelor’s degree by June 15, 2015 can also apply.
• Applicants are required to take any one of these tests: XAT/CAT/GMAT.

Application Procedure

• Create your login ID on the official website of XIM, Bhubaneswar. You will receive an email with a unique XUB ID and Password for applying to XIMB
• Login with the details provided to you, choose the course you wish to pursue, fill the application form and submit.
• Pay the application fee as instructed in the Payment Advice Form.
• Send the Payment Advice Form and proof of payment to: The Admissions Office, Xavier Institute of Management, Xavier Square, Bhubaneswar-751013.
• Once you’re done with this process, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your online application form.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on XAT/CAT/GMAT scores, Written Ability Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview, past academic record and relevant work experience.
