Workshop on “Reporting” by NDTV Worldwide at MRIU

A workshop on “Reporting” was organized by NDTV Worldwide for the students of the Department of Media Studies, Manav Rachna International University. Ms. Sonal Mehrotra, Chief Correspondent, NDTV threw light on various aspects of Reporting and storytelling.

She has been awarded NT Young Journalist of the Year 2013 and was also nominated for Asian Television Awards in the investigation category 2011.

Ms. Mehrotra interacted with students and gave them insights about reporting and the various aspects involved with it. Apart from telling students about political beats, she took special interest in discussing and showcasing human interest stories.
