As per the modified vacation notice, the winter break is on at Jamia Millia Islamia University from December 24, 2014.
Jamia has modified its vacation period for the academic year 2014-15 with immediate effect. The new schedule for winter vacation is from December 24 2014 to January 16, 2015 and summer vacation would be from May 27, 2015 to July 26, 2015.
The mentioned dates are approved by the Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia Islamia, in the notified date of winter vacations and summer vacations for the session 2014-15 for all the faculties/departments/centres except for the faculty of dentistry in the university.
Earlier, the vacation used to start from May 16 to July 15 and from December 24, to January 16 for summer and winter respectively.
