West Bengal University of Technology Organised a Inter-College Athletics Meet 2012

Sports Announcement:

West Bengal University of Technology organised and Inter-College Athletic Meets 2012 (Two Days) which was held between 20th to 24th March.2012,at Yuba Bharti Kriangan (Salt Lake Stadium),Kolkata.

In the Following Events

For Boys:

• 100 meter, 200 meter, 800 meter Run, Long Jump/High Jump/Discus Throw/Javelin Throw /Shot put(7.26 Kg)
• 4x 400 meter Relay.

For Girls:

100 meter, 200 meter, 400 meter Run, Long Jump/High Jump/Discus Throw
/Javelin Throw /Shot put(4 Kg) & 4x 100 meter Relay.

For Employees:

• 100 meter Run for men & women
• 400 meter Walking Race (above 40 Years)

Rules:

• Each College will send 2 competitors in each Event and only one team for relay race.
• A student can participate in a maximum of two individual events (except relay race)
• Entry Fee: Rs 100 /- (one hundred only ) per event.

Last Date of Submission of names duly Signed by the Principal /director from the College to the Secretary, WBUT Sports Board,- 3rd March 2012.

Inter college Cricket –T-20 Competition (Zone Wise) between 15th to 30th March, 2012
Last Date of entry : 29th February :2012
Entry Fee: Rs 800/- per college.
