The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) was previously scheduled to be conducted on April 19, 2015 which has now been postponed till 5th-6th May 2015. The entrance examination is postponed due to Kolkata Municipal Corporation Polls.
In the meantime, this decision has got a flip side too which seems to have brought some positivity towards all the aspirants who are yet to register themselves for WBJEE 2015. The registration process for WBJEE 2015 shall be open till 28th April 2015. Also, deadline to remit application fee has been extended to 4 March 2015. Candidates can download the confirmation page on or before 31 March 2015.

Now, the Biology paper will be held on 5 May, from 1:00 P.M to 4:00 P.M. Whereas both, Mathematics and Physics- Chemistry paper will be held on 6 May 2015, from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, respectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants should be at least intermediate/ Class 12th passed from any UGC recognized university/ colleges with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry studied as main subjects in the concerned qualifying exam.
Approximately 1.53 lakhs students have applied for WBJEE 2015 entrance test. With the recent extension of registration dates, the figure is expected to accumulate. Candidates should note that since WBJEE 2015 is postponed, the results for the same shall be announced at a later date.
