VITEEE 2012 Exam Pattern: How to Prepare

VITEEE 2012 Exam Pattern

VITEEE is a 2.5 hours long exam divided into 4 parts:

1. Physics
2. Chemistry
3. Mathematics
4. Biology

Depending on what course you are taking the exam for, you will need to keep the following in mind. Also it will help if you try out sample test papers beforehand. It will give you the edge to time yourself better (since we know time is an essential factor) and also help you get used to the pattern of questions that will follow.

1. If you have applied for engineering then you should attempt Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics papers, but if you have opted for bio-medical engineering courses then you should attempt Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
2. The questions are objective-type.
3. Every part would consist of 40 questions and every question would be of 1 mark. There will be no negative marking.
4. Questions are based on State Board of Higher Secondary school and CBSE syllabi only.
5. Please not that you can only attempt 3 papers out of the 4. And if you do attempt all 4 parts, then only the first 3 parts will be evaluated.
6. The question paper will be only in English language.

VITEEE 2012 Preparation Tips

VITEEE mostly has questions based on the NCERT/ state syllabus for 11th and 12th class.
