VIT to organize national seminar on LASER Technology & its applications

Vellore Institute of Technology is organizing a national level seminar on July 6. Topic of this seminar is Laser Technology and its Applications.

Scientific applications of laser technology is developing rapidly in several key sectors like Automobile, Aerospace, Defence, Solar, Photonics, Industrial Manufacturing, Medicine since its invention.

This field is growing so fast that the education system can’t keep up with the demand. Hence this workshop aims at the basic understanding of the interaction between laser and materials and how the process can be integrated and optimized for an application.

The main motto of this seminar is to bring together the researchers, academicians and industrialist to share the same platform of knowledge and experience from the audience to benefits from laser technology.

Interested candidates were requested to register themselves by fill the registration form and post it to Organizing Secretaries on or before July 1, 2013.
