Victory 2014: Resonance celebrates JEE advanced 2014 results

Kota’s leading coaching institute Resonance celebrated the felicitation function ‘VICTORY-2014’of students selected in JEE (Advanced) 2014; the entrance exam for mighty IITs. Selected students, their parents along with the Resonance family rejoiced the event and celebrated the success of being the only institute with highest number of selections for the second consecutive year. 

 

The chief guest for the function was Prof. Sanjay Govind Dhande (Ex Director-IIT Kanpur and founder member of IIT-Rajasthan and IIIT-Jabalpur). Vice Chancellor of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University Dr. Vinay Pathak was the guest of honour. 

 

This year total 3903 students were declared successful in JEE (Advanced) 2014, out of the total selected students 2700 were from regular classroom and 1203 from distance & e-learning programs. This was the highest number of selections in India and Kota from any single institute. MD & CEO of Resonance Eduventures Private Limited Mr. R.K.Verma presided the function along with other dignitaries. 

 

 

The function marked its opening by enlightening of lamp in front of Maa Saraswati followed with Saraswati Vandana. Selected students were felicitated with t-shirts, memento and wrist watch. All India Ranks in top-100 in JEE (Advanced) 2014 Rajat Chatturvedi (AIR-51), Aniket Bajpai (AIR-55), Kshitij Choudhary (AIR-57), Mohak Goyal (AIR-69), Mohit Bajaj (AIR-82), Shubham Khatri (AIR-89) and Ayush Gupta (AIR-99) were awarded cash prizes of Rs. 51000/- each. Also AIRs 3,4, & 5 in ST category were awarded cash prize of Rs.21000/- each. Prof. Sanjay Govind Dhande is a recipient of Padma Shree and a very reputed academician at National and International level. In his address, Prof. Dhande said that life is not just getting successful in any competitive exam; it is a part of it. The best way to live a life is one should know how to use his/her own potential to the betterment of the society and nation. He shared many experiences from his vast experience of teaching students at IITs and their behavioural practices which make them a breed apart. 

 

Mr.Verma in his address said that students should know and learn how to handle success because it is very precious. It is an outcome of the valuable time invested and the efforts made to achieve it. The AIRs in Top-100 were also blessed by the parents of Mr. Verma along with other cash rewards. Dr. Pathak said that the success of students coming to Kota has got it the recognition of education city and it is an outcome of the efforts of the students and their institutions working with them day and night.

 

Resonance also launched the 4th edition of its Scholarship Talent and Reward Test (RESO STaRT) for students of classes 5th to 12th.It is a national talent meter where students can evaluate their academic potential at National level with huge rewards. The unveiling of the STaRT-2015 brochure marked the formal announcement of the event.
