Uttar Pradesh Common Admission Test (UPCAT) is conducted by the association of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Uttar Pradesh for admission of candidates to Bachelors of Dental Surgery for various specialities in the Private Dental Colleges for the academic year of 2012-13.
Duration of UPCAT 2012: 3 year degree course approved by Dental Council of India
Medium of the exam: English
Eligibility Criteria for UPCAT 2012:
- A candidate must have passed BDS Degree recognized by an Indian university
OR
- A candidate should have an equivalent degree approved by Dental Council of India.
Exam Pattern for UPCAT 2012:
- UPCAT Dental is an objective type test including multiple choice questions.
- The duration of the test will be 2 hours.
- There will be 100 questions in test.
- There will be negetive marking of 1/4 marks for wrong answer.
