As per the judgment of the Supreme Court of India on the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 274 of 2014- Ram Singh & Ors. versus Union of India, regarding OBC reservation to Jat Community, all those candidates who have applied for admission to various programmes of study for the academic year 2015-16 and belong to ‘JAT’ Community are desired to send their request for making necessary correction in their application form (indicating application number) with regard to their category from OBC to General to the Deputy Registrar (Admissions), JNU, New Delhi-110067, as early as possible but not later than 30th May, 2015. Such a request may also be made through email at dr_admissions@mail.jnu.ac.in or admission@mail.jnu.ac.in OR by fax at 011-26742692 or 011-26742898.
Any request received in this regard after the last date i.e. 30th May, 2015 will not be entertained by the University.
