The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination results 2013/ UPSEE 2013 results for admission to B. Tech degree engineering institutions and other professional colleges were announced on May 28, 2013. Following that, the counseling dates for UPSEE 2013 have been announced. Gautam Buddh Technical University (formerly UP Technical University), Lucknow by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh is the official conductor of UPSEE. Students will now be required to attend the UPSEE 2013 counseling process and UPSEE 2013 seat allocation process for engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow and Mahamaya Technical University, Noida, are two technical universities of Uttar Pradesh which impart engineering and technical education to all colleges in UP. The various courses on offer include disciplines of Engineering /Technology /Architecture /Pharmacy /Hotel Management /Fashion Technology/ Bio Technology, MAM and <BA/ MCA.
Basis UPSEE 2013 scores, students can get admission to Government aided, affiliated and constituent institutes and private affiliated Institutes of GBTU Lucknow, MTU Noida and other state Universities of U.P. Besides the rank holders of UPSEE-2013, admissions to engineering institutes will be done through counseling for 20 % quota seats in the private affiliated Institutes of GBTU Lucknow and MTU Noida for rank holders of JEE (Main) for B.Tech courses.
