UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2015: Apply Now

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for the Engineering Services Examination 2015. Interested candidates can apply before April 10^th, 2015. The application window will close at 11:59 PM, hence candidates must apply before that.

The UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2015 is scheduled to be conducted on June 12, 2015. It is being conducted for 475 posts from the four categories mentioned below.

• Category I- Civil Engineering
• Category-II- Mechanical Engineering
• Category-III- Electrical Engineering
• Category-IV- Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Educational qualifications:

All candidates interested in apply for the UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2015 should have obtained a degree in Engineering or passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers. Obtaining a degree/ diploma in Engineering from such foreign University/College/Institution recognised by the Government or passed graduate membership examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio engineers or passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India also makes you eligible for applying. The candidates could also have passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November, 1959.

Candidates (except Female/SC/ST/ PH who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs  200 either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India.
