UPES Dehradun: Applications invited for BBA Programmes 2015

The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) Dehradun has announced admissions into BBA Programmes in various disciplines. The disciplines offered are; BBA Retail Management, BBA Foreign Trade, BBA Financial Services & Markets, BBA Digital Marketing, BBA Logistics Management, BBA Aviation Operations, BBA Oil & Gas Marketing and BBA Auto Marketing.

UPES was established in the year 2003 through the UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. With a formidable vision and skilful faculty, it emerged as an innovative institution offering programmes that are essentially designed for core sectors with high growth margins.

Candidates who are interested to take up the BBA Programme from UPES can read further for eligibility and selection procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

Aspirants must have scored a minimum of 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (10th and 12th). For BBA- Oil and Gas marketing, candidates from Science/Commerce stream will be preferred. Candidates whose date of birth is on or after October 1, 1993 are also eligible to apply. Aspirants from Humanities background can also apply for the BBA Programmes offered by UPES. Duration of the course is 3 years.

Selection Procedure:

After applying online through the official website, candidates will be called for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview which will be conducted by UPES itself to determine the final selection process.

The application fee of Rs 1850/ is to be paid if the payment is made by Debit/Credit card or Rs 1750/ in case of cash. Once the applicants have filled the form and submitted the fee, they must take a print out of the complete application form and note the application number.
