University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) conducts University of Petroleum & Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) to offer admissions in engineering programme at UPES.
 
This year is no exception.  University of Petroleum and Energy Studies conducted UPESEAT on May 16, 2015. 
 
Under UPESEAT 2015, 80% of candidates will be selected from UPESEAT exam and rest 20% from Board and JEE Main Merit. Apart from this, 15% seats are reserved for residents of Uttarakhand. To claim this, candidates have to produce ‘Sthai Niwas Praman Patra’ or Domicile.
 
UPESEAT 2015 result is declared on June 4, 2015. With an anticipation to get through in their dream colleges the students go through the grind for 2 long years. While some make it through, the hopes and dreams of a few are dashed.
