University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is launching new Master of Design in Transportation Design course. Introduction to a new course in Designing will add a new wing to its academic syllabus.
UPES offers Master of Design in Transportation Design, an interdisciplinary, career centric program which deals with fundamentals of design with specialty skills of a transportation system design.
It is not only limited to automobile design and car design but to design systems which enhance mobility for humans and commodities. The program envisages developing graduates with skills and knowledge, which will make them competent designers for the auto industry in India and abroad.
Course is for 2 years divided into 4 semesters. University will offer 15 seats for this course. So,
there will be tough competition.
Eligibility criteria for M. Tech in Nuclear Science and Technology
• Candidates should have minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Design / Interior Design / Fine Arts / Applied arts or equivalent with minimum 60 % marks (aggregate) or equivalent.
Preference will be given to the candidates with Valid CEED score. Portfolio of work is desirable. University will conduct personal interview and on the basis of the marks obtained in the interview, final selection will be done.
