UGC NET 2022 exam dates have been announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The UGC NET 2022 will be conducted by the CBSE on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 84 subjects at 91 selected NET examination cities across the country on January 22, 2022.
The last date to apply for CBSE UGC NET 2022 has been extended to November 23. Earlier, the last date of filling up the application form was November 16 and the last date for submitting the application fee was November 17.
The exam consists of three papers namely, Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3.
Paper 1 will comprise of 60 questions, out of these 60 questions, the candidates will be required to attempt 50 questions. The first paper will carry 100 marks in total. The duration of the paper will be of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Paper 2 will consist of 50 questions in total and the duration of the paper will be of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The paper 2 will also carry 100 marks in total.
Paper 3 will be conducted for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The paper will comprise of 75 questions and the total marks of the Paper 3 will be 150 marks.
