Last Day for UGC NET 2022 Application: Fill Your Forms Now!

UGC NET 2022 application forms are available on the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which conducts UGC NET on behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC) from since August 11, 2022. Interested candidates can fill the application form of UGC NET 2022 in online mode through the official website of CBSE. The last date to apply for the UGC NET exam is today i.e. September 11, 2022. However, candidates can deposit their fee by September 12, 2022

UGC NET 2022 application forms will close after today and no application forms will be accepted after this. Candidates can make corrections in the particulars of the UGC NET application form between September 19 and September 25, 2022. UGC NET admit cards will be available on the official website in the third week of October 2022 and the UGC NET exam will be conducted on November 5, 2022. There is no date announced for UGC NET 2022 result on the official website.

UGC NET 2022 Application Form Fee

UGC NET 2022 application fee varies as per the category a candidate belongs to. Candidates belonging to general category need to deposit a fee of INR 1000, whereas the candidates belonging to the OBC and SC/ST need to deposit an application fee of INR 500 and INR 250 Respectively.

Candidates applying for the National Eligibility Test (NET) must clearly specify the position they are applying for when filling the UGC NET application form 2022.

How to Apply for UGC NET 2022?

• The applications for UGC NET 2022 will have to be submitted in online mode only. Below is the UGC NET 2022 application procedure:
• Candidates who wish to apply for the UGC NET 2022 exam must fill and submit their application form in online mode only.
• Before applying for the same, the applicants have to keep handy the scanned image of passport size photograph in JPG format of minimum 4kb to 40 kb in size and 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height) in dimension. In addition, they need to have scanned images of their signature in JPG format of minimum 4kb to 30kb in size and 3.5 cm (width) x1.5 cm (height) in dimension.
• Once the candidates fill up the details, they have to select the option of payment of exam fee via either credit/debit card or e-challan generated during the online filling of UGC NET 2022 application form.
• If candidates are remitting fee through e-challan, the payment has to be made in the Syndicate/ Canara/ ICICI/ HDFC Bank. If the exam fee is paid through credit/debit card, the additional processing charges will also be debited from the candidate’s credit card (1.20% of exam fee plus the service tax) / debit card (0.75% of exam fee plus the service tax).
