Delhi University (DU) will organize a national conference on September 12-13, 2013
The Department of African Studies & Centre for African Studies, University of Delhi, proposed to organize two days National Conference to deliberate on the theme The rising Africa: “Opportunities and challenges to India”.
The main objective of the Conference is to provide a platform to discuss on present position of Africa and new opportunities and challenges that has thrown up on India in our engagement with Africa.
The conference intends to look at Africa from new perspective- different from traditional view of Africa as the continent ridden with poverty, conflict & diseases and explore the new paradigm of relationship.
