Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad is conducting TSLAWCET-2015 for admission into LL.B 3/5 Year Law Courses and TSPGLCET- 2015 for admission into LL.M Courses offered at the Universities in Telangana State and their affiliated colleges for the academic session 2015-16.

TSLAWCET (TS Law Common Entrance Test) and TSPGLCET (TS PG Law Common Entrance Test) 2015 are the first Telangana Common Law Entrance Tests for admission into undergraduate and postgraduate law courses offered in Telangana State.

TSLAWCET and TSPGLCET were introduced after Telangana’s separation from Andhra Pradesh.

Earlier, Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (APLAWCET) and Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (AP PGLCET) were the only exams conducted in the state of Andhra Pradesh to offer admissions to aspirants in law programmes.

Candidates must carry their admit cards to the examination hall otherwise the aspirant will not permitted to write this entrance exam.

Exam Pattern for TSLAWCET-2015:

The Test is designed to evaluate the candidate’s ability and aptitude to pursue the study of Law.

This test comprises of three parts and a total of 120 questions are asked. Total duration of test is 90 minutes and maximum marks are 120.

Exam Pattern for TSPGLCET-2015

This exam is conducted for all the courses of LL.M It is of 90 minutes duration and consists of 120 questions of 1 mark each.

Part-A consists of 40 questions (Jurisprudence 20, Constitutional Law 20; Total 40 questions of 1 mark each)

Part -B consists of 80 questions (public International Law 16, Mercantile Law 16, Labour Law 16, Crimes and Torts 16, and IPR & Other Laws 16).
