‘The Meth’: Another National Recognition to KIIT University

There are very few passionate people in the world who are expert not only in a single field but are also the master of them. Tanmay Kulshrestha from KIIT University has established the same name by being an Author, An Engineer, A Student Achiever. In a very small age of 22 years he brought laurels to the university.

His maiden novel ‘The Meth’ released in a ceremony graced by Swami Agnivesh and Dr. S. Priyabadini, Jt. Registrar, KIIT University. The book has been a runaway success with over 5000 copies already sold. Reviews of the book have been published in leading newspapers of the nation.

“I am happy to see your recent achievements. I pray, Lord Jagannath may shower his choicest blessings on you that you achieve many milestones in your career. I am happy to know that you take pride as a KIITIAN,’’ says the founder of KIIT University Dr Achyuta Samanta.

His achievement was also appreciated by legendry star Dharmendra, Singer Ash King and Social Activist Swami Agnivesh. Tanmay also received enormous appreciations from critics all over the nation.

Tanmay Kulshrestha has also won the Best Student Achievement Award in KIIT University and is active in the university. He has also received the best NSS Volunteer award consistently for last two years and is the coordinator of the KIIT Writing Society, Scribblers. The Head HR of Infosys, Mr. Biswa, appreciated his passion and his efforts on recruitment drive in the university.

The issues of Meth cover the all burning issues like Drug Addiction and its adverse impact on life. The plot revolves around characters, Arush and Trisha whose unconditional and beautiful love story is consumed by Methamphetamine addiction.

His dedication and talent is really appreciable. Tanmay has once again proved the excellence of education provided by KIIT University. Before, it was Amir Ansari who has internationally delighted the name of KIIT University through his research paper. And now it’s Tanmoy who received the Best Student Achievement Award in KIIT University. His book is also recognized nationwide.
