World’s first smart watch is here! Teenagers from India had a vital role to play in the conception of this idea. These teenagers came up with the idea of the first smart watch to have full android features with a built in camera called Andriodly.
This brilliantly conceptualized smart watch also has Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-fi and phone features.
Four students, who have developed the watch are, software developer Ankit Pradhan, communications professional Pavneet Singh Puri, lawyer Apurva Sukant along with teenager Sukant Vats. One will have to connect the watch to an iPhone or an Android device via Bluetooth to make this device work. An app will also have to be downloaded to transmit software updates, which is Pebble.
This ‘smart’ watch will cost £150, which is approximately Rs 14,000.
To upgrade the capabilities of this watch, other apps can also be downloaded.
