Techxetra: A Technical Event for BCA/ MCA students

A technical event called “Techxetra” is going to be held at the Tezpur University(T.U), Assam and is organized by Tezpur University and State Bank of India in association with Assam Tribune and Sanzz voice mobile from 21st-23rd October 2011.

The speakers invited to this event are Dr. T. Ramasamy(secretary of Science and Technology); Air Marshall P.K. Barbora( ex-vice chief of Indian Air Force) ; Ochintya Sharma(Vice president of Samsung India). 

Techxetra is a national level annual technology event of T.U for its BCA and MCA students. It is also a terrain which will display more than 50 events, among which workshops on advanced ethical hacking, satellite robotis, entrepreneurship workshop and IC engine & transmission system will be held. 

In addition, the event will see some exciting entertainment activities like a rock contest by Bhayanak Maut, the Indian metal band. The rock contest will be performed on 22nd evening. The event will also see famous singers performing like Anushka on the same day along with 'DJ Blood Pressure'. It will be a grand affair as Nitin Gupta, a stand up comedian will also be present in the programme to add more flavour.
