Then there was Ad Mad competition where the students formed a group and then basis the theme given enacted an Ad which was clearly very exceptional. Then came the events where the students were asked to show their talent in creative design, which were Mehandi Competition and Nail Art Competition. One could clearly see that the girls were born with this talent with some great display of art.
Then came the most popular events of the Fest – Nachle and Singing. In Nachle, participants really won the heart of their audience with some mind boggling steps and moves. The dances were very well choreographed and the extra-ordinary effort put in by the participants was clearly visible. In Singing, it was just like a live coverage of an Indian Idol show. Some soulful voices were waving in the atmosphere and it was truly a blissful experience. Then there was the DJ night where the students forgot everything else and just danced to the tunes of an electrifying music.
The best of the all was kept for the last day, “Best out of Waste”, The Waste Manager – Best Manager Competition. The students were asked to show their ability to think out of the box to make something worth, durable and environment friendly out of the waste materials within 2 hrs so that they can learn to work with limited resources. Indeed students showed some extra ordinary talent and creativity in this competition and even gave some unique names to each of their items.
The overall event was great in every aspect – a lot of fun, learning, show case of talent, hard work and enjoyment, all at the same time with almost all the students participating in some or the other aspect.
