To improve the quality and performance of the engineering graduates, Satya College of Engineering & Technology, Satya Group of Institutes has introduced Satya Academic Industry Bridge (SAIB) centre.
It has been noticed that there is a widespread dissatisfaction with the current engineering graduates. 64% of employers hiring fresh engineering graduates are only somewhat satisfied with the quality of new hires or worse.
Communication in English may be smallest skill gap, but remains one of most demanded skills by the employers.
