Student’s guidelines for online test at ITM University, Gurgaon

 ITM University has suggested some guidelines for the students to appear in the online test so that they would not face any problem while appearing.

Guidelines are given below:

• Student should be present in the classroom/lab (test venue) on the given date and time with their laptops.

• Student must ensure that his/her laptop is ready. Microsoft sliver light software and ITMU’s network security certificate should be installed for successful conduct of the test. The wi-fi of the laptop should be switched on before the start of the test. The laptop should be charged in terms of battery backup.

• It is the responsibility of the student to remember the login-id and password of their Arion account. No password reset will be entertained during the examination hour. You can try to login before the start of the test.

• Student having problems are requested to visit server room for any troubleshooting (including password reset) at least a week before from examination day. Server room will maintain a queue system for troubleshooting the laptops (first cum first serve).

• Any student deviating from above guidelines will not be permitted to take online test and will get zero marks for that test.

• Please do not leave the test/venue unless test is submitted.

• No other website should be opened during the online test.

• Students are requested to see the marks before they leave/close the test.
