• Have at least one DTU Student/Alumni/Faculty as co-founder
• Existing DTU Alumni who have a startup within 18 months of the Competition dates
• Have sufficient traction to be eligible for angel funding
• Be at the seed stage, looking for angel funding in the range of INR 2.5 million - 20 million
