Courses for which admission is offered:
- Master of Planning (urban and regional planning)
- Master of Planning (environmental planning)
- Master of Architecture (conservation)
- Master of Landscape Architecture
- Master of Urban Design
Eligibility for Post Graduate Programs in Architecture
- B. Plan with minimum one year of experience or B.Arch.
- Both with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.
Eligibility for both the Master of Planning programs
- Minimum 55% marks in aggregate in B. Arch. / B. Plan. OR
- B. E. / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering OR
- M.Sc. / M.A. in (Geography/ Economics / Sociology)
Eligibility for Doctoral Courses:
Master’s Degree in Architecture / Planning / Technology/Design disciplines or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks OR
B.Arch./B.Plan. Degree with minimum 60% marks, minimum five years of professional experience and at least one publication in Journal/ Conference proceedings.

Relaxation:
The admission eligibility requirements of minimum marks may be relaxed to 55% marks to the following categories:
- SC/ST applicants
- Any category of Persons with Disabilities
- Academic staff of the School who has an experience of more than 5 years in addition to the qualifications specified above
Fellowship for all Postgraduate Programs:
All candidates with valid GATE/NET score will be eligible for Fellowship as per G.O.I. norms.
Candidates without GATE/NET score will be eligible to apply for Institute Fellowship/Research assistantship available from time to time on the basis of merit.
