Scheduled date sheet regarding answer sheet evaluation for WBUT

West Bengal University of Technology has scheduled dates for answer sheet evaluation of even semester exam of 2013. Evaluation will be started from June 18, 2013 and will continue till July 9, 2013.

University has also set certain instruction for the Examiners to be adhered. Following are some of the instructions:

• Examiners are requested to collect their Appointment Letters from the website www.wbutech.net

• Examiners are requested to come to the evaluation centre with proof of their Photo-identity.

• No examiner will be allowed access inside the evaluation centre without valid Appointment Letter.

• The reporting time at the evaluation centre is 10:30 am. This may be extended to latest 12:00 noon in case of any emergency. No examiner will be allowed after 12:00 noon.

• New examiners, i.e. those who will carry out evaluation of answer-scripts for the first time are requested to carry the details of their Bank Accounts along with the IFS code no. when they visit the evaluation centre.

• Examiners are requested to count the number of answer-scripts after opening the packet assigned to them. Discrepancies, if any, are to be reported the University office at the evaluation centre immediately.

• Examiners are requested to correctly enter the Script No. in full on the tabulation sheet and also sign in full on their respective tabulation sheets.

• Schedule of evaluation of answer-scripts may be changed at any point of time depending on the circumstance. Examiners are requested to kindly follow the website www.wbutech.net
