Sathyabhama University, Chennai organized a summer camp on May 2013

Summer camp was organized by Entrepreneurship Development Cell on Entrepreneurial Development and Training on product making form May 2-8, 2013 at Sathyabhama University. This camp was open for all college students.

There were fees for every camp and each and every aspiring students required to fulfill the fee structure. They were also provided with a certificate at the end of the summer camp.

Speakers from different field had delivered their speech on various topics related to Entrepreneurial Development of product making, such as

• System Troubleshooting and Network Maintenance

• Serial Bulb Making

• Website Designing and Auctioning

• Fashion Jewellary Making

• Paper Bag Making

• Seven Principles of Entrepreneurship

• Growing of Organic Food and Vegetables.

About the University:

Sathyabama University, Chennai was established in 1987 as Sathyabama Engineering College by Jeppiaar Educational Trust. It is a pioneer institute imparting knowledge in the areas of Engineering, Science, Technology and Education. The institution's progress and contribution in the field of technical education for over two decades made the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Govt. of India to grant Deemed University status in 2001 and University status on in 2006 under section (3) of the UGC Act, 1956.

The University offers Scholarships and fee waiver to deserving students on the basis of academic merit and economically downtrodden pupils. Students can continue to avail this financial assistance throughout the course based on their performance.
