Salad Competition at SPHCHMCT

Salad Competition was conducted at Samajshree Prashantdada Hiray College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Nasik on September 7, 2022. Students prepared various types of salad & all were presented in a unique manner.

The three students were declared the winners. Durgesh Chandrakor was the winner of the contest. He prepared salad and named it as “Healthy Veggie and Tasty Cheesy Salad”. Abhishek Naikwadi was the first runner-up and he named his salad as “Beans Sprout Salad in Peanut Chilli Dressing”. The second runner-up was Melvin, who prepared salad named “Beetroot Cheese Salad”. 

Ma’am Kunda- well-known nutritionist, Ma’am Anjali Pawagi-staff of MGV and Mr. N. R. Jadhav-Principal of MGV were the jury members for the contest.
