Rao IIT Academy Announces India’s Best Student Contest 2017

Rao IIT Academy is extremely glad to announce India’s Best Student Contest 2022 (IBSC) - the largest of the IBSCs so far. With the roaring success of the contest in the past few years, Rao IIT Academy has extended the contest to 40+ cities across India in 5 zones and 3 stages. Stage 1 will happen in all the participating cities and from each zone, the top 50-100 students from each std. will take part in Stage 2. Of these, the 100 best students of each standard across all zones will take part in Stage 3 - the grand finale to find the best students in India.

Contest eligibility: Students of Std. 8th, 9th & 10th from all Boards

Syllabus: Science & Maths + Logical Reasoning & Mental Ability of respective std. Questions will be based on the syllabus of CBSE, ICSE & State Boards.

Fees: Individual student can participate by paying a registration fee of Rs. 500. Alternatively, a school principal (on school letter head) can authorize maximum 10 students from each std. for free participation.

Zone 1 cities: Nagpur, Wardha, Gondia, Chandrapur, Bhandara, Yavatmal, Hyderabad, Raipur

Zone 2 cities: Mumbai, Mangalore, Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Vapi, Silvassa, Ahmedabad

Zone 3 cities: Kota, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur

Zone 4 cities: Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Lucknow, Kanpur, Meerut, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Ranchi, Bokaro, Deoghar

Selections: 100 students each from Std. 8th, 9th & 10th: Total 300 Students each from Mumbai, Rajasthan & Delhi Zones. 50 students each from Std. 8th, 9th & 10th: Total 150 Students each from Nagpur & Pune Zones

Stage 2

Zone 1 - Nagpur’s Best Student Contest @ Nagpur on 17th Sept

Zone 2 - Mumbai’s Best Student Contest @ Mumbai on 24th Sept

Zone 3 – Rajasthan’s Best Student Contest @ Kota on 30^th Sept

Zone 4 – Delhi’s Best Student Contest @ Delhi on 2^nd Oct

Zone 5 – Pune’s Best Student Contest @ Pune on 8^th Oct

Venue: Exams to be conducted at Premium Hotel of respective zone

Eligibility: Students qualified from Stage 1

Selections: 100 students from each of Std. 8th, 9th & 10th (Total 300 Students) across all 5 zones for Stage 3 – India’s Best Student Contest @ Mumbai. Traveling allowances & 1-day accommodation for outstation student + 1 Parent will be provided.

Prizes: Free admission for top 5 students of each std. in Super Zenith Engg. & Medical Batches from each zone. Zonal Rank 1 from each std. will get a free laptop.

Stage 3 (India’s Best Student Contest)

Date: 29^th October 2022

Venue: Mumbai

Prizes:

In each std 8^th, 9^th & 10^th
Rank 1: Rs. 10 lacs
Rank 2: Rs. 7 lacs
Rank 3: Rs. 5 lacs
Total: Rs. 66 lacs

Free admission for top 10 students of each std. in Super Zenith Engg. & Medical Batches.
