ITM University was fortunate enough to have an interaction session with eminent personalities from TCS, the leading software company of India.
Every year School of Professional Attachment (SPA), ITM conducts this kind of activities to provide the students maximum possible exposures in placement. Famous personalities grace their presence and guide the students through their interactions on various placement related topics. They showcase their company and also discuss about latest treds. This is done well before the placements actually start, so that students are given ample opportunity to make up their mind and decide on the industry of their choice.
As a part of this great endeavor, a guest lecture was conducted on August 27, 2014 for students of final year CSE and IT at ITM University. Mr Surender Gupta, Senior Technical Consultant from TCS, delivered insights on the topic “View from Corporate – Developing Brain Power for Hands-on Technology Experience.”
TCS, the largest software consultancy company in the country and perhaps one of the largest in the world, makes regular visits to all prestigious institutions across the country to interact with students, so that they can prepare them for the road ahead and gain an insight into the caliber of students.
